Move Out Cleaning

We have base access!

It is a stressful time when military members are PCSing or moving to a new location and out of base housing. There is further pressure when you must pass housing inspections or else you may face repercussions from your chain of command. With our close proximity to Travis Air Force Base, we have developed a specialty with military move out cleanings for service members utilizing on-base housing. We have since developed our own internal checklist based on the stringent inspection standards of the Travis Residential Communities. What military move out cleaning includes:

Internal walls and doors will be wiped and scrubbed free of debris
Medicine cabinets and kitchen cabinets will be wiped and scrubbed
Carpets will be vacuumed, tiles will be swept and mopped
Appliances will be thoroughly cleaned and all shelving will be wiped
Garage and back storage unit will be swept out
Back patio will be swept
Foul odors will be removed
