I reached out to Gold Rush Maids to do an emergency cleaning before the holidays and they responded very promptly and provided an excellent cleaning that I showed off to my family. I quoted them against a few other cleaners in the area and they, by far, had the best price, organization, and customer service.

I originally thought they were a national franchise or chain but after meeting the owner, Jon, I found out they are only located here! I ended up requesting a recurring cleaning every week and they get their cleaners here on time and they do online payment processing so I don't need to worry about anything - the other companies didn't have that and would only work with cash. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and they have had similar results.

I've used Gold Rush Maids once but will be a regular customer. I've already referred them to family and friends.

Pricing is fair for the work provided. At first I was skeptical of the cost of the job but I understood after the cleaning was done.
The owner came to my house and gave me a quote and arranged a day/time for the cleaning to be done. The actual cleaner came a couple days later and was able to do the whole job in the allowed time.

With two kids and a dog, any help I can get with keeping the house cleaned is appreciated. Will be using them in the future.

One of the best cleaning services I've had! Super professional staff and reasonably priced! I was able to book an appointment quickly and easily. Once the cleaner got here she was incredibly professional and kind, and got the job done fast. I was so impressed with how nice everything looked after! I've never been able to get my house to look that nice! Definitely recommend!
